Crown

„Comprehensive reconstruction of severely damaged teeth, ensuring the highest visual and qualitative effect. In this method, even the most severely damaged tooth can be restored to look and function as if it had never been affected by decay. This is made possible because the crown is custom-made in a dental laboratory to closely resemble the natural tooth in shape and color. Its outer layer is constructed from porcelain, a very hard material that is resistant to discoloration and biting forces. The interior of the crown can be made from metal, which is more budget-friendly and recommended for rear, less visible teeth, or from light-colored ceramic (known as full-ceramic crown), especially used for front teeth where aesthetics play a crucial role.”

Bridge

„These are connected porcelain crowns used to replace a missing tooth. The basic requirement for the use of bridges is the presence of so-called abutment teeth. It may sound serious, but the principle is known from life – every bridge, whether it’s a dental one or one over a river, must be securely anchored on both sides. As a result, the doctor must plan such reconstruction correctly, so that the teeth to which the bridge is to be attached are adequately prepared to bear the additional load. A properly planned and executed bridge will serve without any problems for many years.”

Implants

This is our passion and specialization, but above all, the opportunity to permanently restore lost teeth in a way that’s closest to nature. Dental implants can be used in various ways, both for the reconstruction of individual teeth and the restoration of an entire dental arch. Implants can also serve to rebuild abutments for bridges and even as anchoring points for dental prostheses.

Despite the many obvious advantages of implant dentistry, patients often fear that it will be a painful and very unpleasant experience. Nothing could be further from the truth. The procedure is performed under effective local anesthesia, carried out with great precision, without the use of force, and all movements are planned in advance at each stage. As a result, patients are usually surprised to find that the implant is already in place, as they hardly felt a thing. On the same day, they can return to normal functioning without experiencing significant discomfort.

It’s important to realize that implant treatment takes time and patience because the implantation procedure is just the beginning. The implant needs to integrate (fuse) with the bone, which usually takes 4-6 months. After this period, a porcelain crown can be placed securely on the implant, and you can fully enjoy your brand-new tooth.
